Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer made by Laine Mayfair and to every order placed through lainemayfair.com.

Article 3 – The Offer
All offers are without obligation and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Each product page clearly states the price. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order: £3.95 for orders under £100, and free for orders of £100 or more.

Article 4 – Prices
All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. No additional charges are due on delivery.

Article 5 – Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded when you complete your order. We will confirm your order by email.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Article 7 – Refunds
We will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and returned in its original packaging.

Article 8 – Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days within the United Kingdom. If your order is delayed, we will inform you by email. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty
We guarantee that our products comply with the order and with applicable legal requirements. Please report any defects to support@lainemayfair.com within 14 days of discovering them.

Article 10 – Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to support@lainemayfair.com. We will respond within 14 days.

Article 11 – Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement.
