Important Information

  • Order cut-off time: 15:00 (CEST)
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday)
  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom
  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.

Shipping Information

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been successfully received. Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday). If you place your order before 15:00 (CEST), it will be processed the same day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Delivery usually takes place within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday). We currently ship within the United Kingdom only and offer free shipping on all orders. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Delivery Delays

If the estimated processing and delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order has still not arrived after this period, please contact us using the details below and include your order number, so we can look into it for you.

Cancellations

Damaged or Incorrect Items
